The Palms Condominium was built in two phases.  Phase I was completed the summer of 1996 and Phase II was completed in the spring of 1997.  The West Tower (Phase I) has 59 units.  The East Tower (Phase II) has 40 units.

Amenities include a 60 foot beach-side pool, a heated indoor pool, elevated tennis court, covered parking, sauna, exercise room and a gulf-front meeting/party room.  The units have nine foot ceilings, large tiled balconies, full kitchens and extra deep tubs.  The three bedroom units are about 1375 square feet.
