Monterey Del Mar Beach Resort is located on the Pacific Ocean between the tourist town of Jaco and Manuel Antonio National Park.  We were greeted by Scarlet Macaws squawking from the trees.  Spiny Tailed Iguanas nodded from the tile roofs and flocks of Brown Pelicans soared just above the waves hitting the beach.
