| Scattered across the countryside are the tombs of seven Nguyen Emperors. We visited the tomb of Khai Dinh (buried in 1925) at sunset. The tomb is built into a hillside and guarded by a formation of stone attendants. Like the Citadel, the tomb is a mixture of Chinese and French architecture. |
